What It’s Like Adopting An Older Cat

Earlier this year, my fiancé and I went into a shelter looking for a dog but we somehow ended up meeting the sweetest cat instead. They said he had a hard time getting adopted because he was a little older and he had a cloudy eye. We weren’t sure if we were ready for a pet yet but after thinking about it, we decided to come back and adopt him. It was truly one of the best decision of our lives and everything I thought I knew about cats was wrong.
